3GAfrica will provide you with a professional Airport Transfer service to and from the airport. We utilize an e-voucher system, which enables the travelers to know:

  • Time of Pickup/Drop off
  • Place of Pickup and Drop off
  • Driver’s details and contacts
  • Registration details of the vehicle they will be travelling in
  • Transport Emergency Number

  Drivers who have undergone the “Defensive Driving Course”.  Which is done to equip them with the best techniques and knowledge of driving around, within Nairobi and its environs. This has been enforced to deal with the rising insecurity issues such as carjacking. At 3GAfrica we regard the Safety and Security of our travelers to be of the utmost importance.

We vet our drivers prior to hiring them. The drivers we hire are experienced, mature and responsible. They are all uniformed for easier identification.

All drivers possess valid certificates of good conduct, driver’s license, and are medically insured. All vehicles used for transfers are modern and are marked with our logo. The drivers are all equipped with mobile phones for the purpose of communication. All the cars undergo regular mechanical inspection and routine maintenance. All certifications inclusive of PSV license, Road license, Comprehensive Insurance are valid.  Travelers are picked up from their designated pick up points straight to their destination. 24 Hour emergency phone numbers are availed to the travelers in case of any emergency. Through our Fleet Management System and tracking devices in built, 3GAfrica can provide reports on the whereabouts of each vehicle, speed of the vehicle, route used by our drivers.
